The Miss Arab California Pageant is an opportunity to honor and empower an exceptional Arab young woman to represent the State of California for one year and earn a guaranteed place in the Miss Arab USA Pageant.
This is not a traditional beauty pageant. Swimsuits and body metrics are not part of our evaluation. Our focus is on intellect, cultural pride, social impact, and elegance.
Contestants are evaluated on:
- General elegance and public presentation
- Educational background and global awareness
- Skills and optional talents
- Community involvement and service
The crowned Miss Arab California and the 1st Runner-Up will receive automatic placement in the final Miss Arab USA Pageant, with full exemption from the USA pageant registration and participation fees.

Step-by-Step Pageant Process
Step 1: Submit Your Application
Register online and pay the non-refundable application fee of $50.00. This fee covers application review but does not guarantee selection.
Step 2: Create Your Private Contestant Profile
Once registered, you will gain access to a secure profile area where you may upload your biography, photos, and personal background information.
Step 3: Application Review
In March, the Judges Committee will review all submitted applications and select the final group of semi-finalists.
Step 4: Semi-Finalist Confirmation
Selected semi-finalists must submit the non-refundable final registration fee of $500.00. Contestants are responsible for their own wardrobe, hair, and makeup.
If the contestant resides more than 50 miles from the pageant location, the Miss Arab Organization will provide hotel accommodations and meals.
Step 5: Online Pre-Pageant Program (4 Weeks)
After final registration, the semi-finalists will begin a 4-week virtual training and orientation program, during which they will receive:
- The official Contestants’ Handbook
- Invitations to a private Facebook group for guidance and updates
- Mentorship, assigned tasks, and key deadlines
- Participation in fundraising and public vote initiatives
Step 6: Pageant Weekend (3 Days)
Semi-finalists will attend a three-day pageant program, including rehearsals, media training, interviews, and the stage show finale.
Step 7: Judging & Awards
The final judging panel will select five titleholders:
- Miss Arab California (Winner)
- 1st Runner-Up
- 2nd Runner-Up
- People’s Choice
- Talent Award (if applicable)
Step 8: Miss Arab USA Qualification
The Miss Arab California winner and the 1st Runner-Up will be invited to compete in the Miss Arab USA Pageant, with no additional registration or pageant fee required.
