A: Fill out the Registration Form here, pay the required fee, and you'll be entered for a chance to be Miss Arab California. More information about the pageant process can be found on the How it works page.

Absolutely yes. The pageant will include a talent segment, but it is optional. Those who participate in the talent portion will be given bonus points in the pageant, but not all contestants will be participating in the talent portion. Again, it’s optional and not added to the pageant's score. You will NOT lose your chance at winning the Miss Arab California title if you choose not to participate in the talent portion.
A: Fluency in Arabic is not required to participate in the pageant. Speaking, reading, or writing Arabic is not part of the judging criteria and does not affect your score in any way.
A: Yes, your dad was born in an Arab country, therefore, you are qualified. His current residency does not matter.
A: Yes, you are qualified, as you were born in an Arab country.
A: You will represent your father's country.
A: There is a one-time registration fee of $50, and a one-time pageant fee of $500, which covers your official entry into the pageant, contestant materials, and administrative processing. That makes a total fee of $550, made in two payments.
In addition, contestants are responsible for their own drive expenses of gas, which makes a range of $50–$80. Outfits and personal expenses make another $200–$400. Some contestants also choose to fundraise or secure sponsorships from local businesses, family, and community supporters to help cover these costs.

This makes your total cost an average of $800–$1000, spread out over about a 2-month period.
A: The organization will cover your hotel accommodations, daily meals if you live more than 50 miles from the pageant location. And sometimes your hair and make-up styling for the pageant night. The organization will also offer guidance on how to seek sponsorships and manage fundraising opportunities.
The pageant program usually begins 4 weeks before the pageant weekend. During this period, contestants spend about 5–10 minutes each day engaging in the Contestants’ virtual group, where they receive daily tips and guidance to help them prepare.

The pageant weekend itself requires contestants to be physically present in the pageant location for 3 days, fully participating in scheduled activities, rehearsals, and events.
A: Yes, both covered & uncovered qualify, there are no head style limitations.
A: Eligibility requirements are posted on our Eligibility page.

A: NO, there is no swimsuit contest or any other kind of contest requiring you to show your body uncomfortably.
A: Anyone can register regardless of their immigration status.
A: While securing sponsors can enhance your platform and support your charitable initiatives, it is not a mandatory requirement for participation. Selling tickets can also help engage your supporters, but this, too, is optional and does not impact the judging process.
A: Yes, marriage is not a qualification or disqualification.
A: Unfortunately, no, all registration fees are non-refundable.
A: Yes, anyone may attend. You can purchase the Pageant's Ticket HERE.

A: No, we are looking at your personality, skills, knowledge, education, and community involvement.
A: Contestants who reside within 50 miles of the pageant venue are not required to stay at the hotel. However, they must commit to arriving each morning and staying through the end of the program each night during the 3-day pageant schedule.

For contestants living more than 50 miles away, hotel accommodations will be provided at no cost by the Miss Arab Organization.
A: No, your profile photos do not have to be professionally taken at all. The most important part is that your profile is fully completed with photos and all other required information.
A: Yes, pageant competition experience is not required. And probably all the other contestants have never been in a pageant before.
A: The crowned Miss Arab California will proudly represent the Arab-American community across the State of California throughout her one-year reign. Her role includes participating in public and cultural events, being featured in media outlets, appearing on television, giving interviews, and potentially receiving advertising and promotional opportunities.

In addition, both Miss Arab California and her 1st Runner-Up will be guaranteed a spot in the final Miss Arab USA Pageant and will be exempt from all registration and pageant participation fees.

The training is divided into two stages:


  1. Online Preparation: This stage begins approximately 4 weeks before the pageant. During this period, you will receive detailed schedules and resources to help you excel in all aspects of the competition. The time commitment is around 10-15 minutes daily.

  2. In-Person Training: The second stage starts 3 days before the pageant, where you will be required to be physically present for intensive training and preparations.

A: No, you must be 18 years of age before July 1st. However, you may submit an exception request to the pageant committee.
